This is your template with your default products. This is a new install. The only thing that is different is that I have replaced the search box with a phone number image and that would not cause the problem as it existed before I did that.
I am running out of time on this project and it's all because you sold a bad template with good features.
Surely you must have had others with the same problem as it is as you sold it out of the box. I don't want to tell you how to do your job with your product.., but it appears to me to be a template problem.

If you can't give me a result I will be asking my client to ask for a refund and you will certainly lose brownie points in my book.
