i have posted in the forums two days ago here www.smartaddons.com/forum/229-sj-minicar...art-doesnt-work#6153 about minicart, todate no reply, i have also submitted a ticket with code TE-0000001583 also no any reply.

Just small advice, many people (Including myself) came here just because of support and NOTHING else, so this is the only area you can distinguish and attract more customers than having tons of Extensions.

As you may know, almost (IF not all) of your templates can be found on pirates websites, but why we come here? SUPPORT, so try to improve it then more subscribers will join. Just advises.

But trying one of the free templates (evaluation versions) and asking questions about it will always be the method to find out about support quality.

ahh sorry after a few days i decided to delete coz i not like what i wrote
i see here already many people wait answer but not get, nothing work really.

I can understand jokertest, he is disappointed so he became angry, take an example for my case, i am paid customer, i submited my ticket and forums post since December 2, no one replied, i couldt wait, do i also decided to disable your plugin and module because my website had to go online. Yesterday after jokertest complains here,someone contacted me, then i gave him / her details. After that no feedback.

I am not just a customer, i am also a designer,so whatever happen i first try to solve by my own, i only post here when i fail expecting to get help. Note also whenever plugin has problem, it's very very bad for us, we have to work till late nights, i am in China +8, but always sleep late (like this time) trying to make things work.

So take jokertest point in positive way and understand unsatisfied customers become angry customers who then turn to be a HATER.
