Hi Smartaddons,

When I first came to your site, I was delighted for what it looks like great extensions. The more I look, the more I want to suscribe. So I go ahead and get an extensions 6 month account.

From then (april 6, 2012) and until now, I'm still waiting for an extension to work right out of the download. To be honest, I have found 2:

SJ news Frontpage
SJ News Extra Slider

All other extensions are just unusable because multiple issues/problems.

It is a shame because you have an unique sense on how to show information. Allmost every other Joomla extensions look the same, beeing yours the only that pops out because of design idea. Unfortunately, your programming skills are as bad as your design skills are good.

None of your extensions inherit templates colors, fonts etc. so, in order to get them working, you need to get into css files. Also modules don't behave well, they get into other templates positions breaking all the layout...

It's allways the same history: Hey, this extension looks great, let's put it in our site !!! Nop, it doesn't work, let's look elsewhere...

Posting for a fix ? That will mean making a post for every module/component you use !!!

But there is more... Your site it's broken allmost 1 of every 4 times i try to get in. SQL error, site veeery slooow, no acces at all...

I am very dissapointed because your extensions looks very promising, but it's just that, a promise. It's virtually impossible to get them to work. It looks like you are more focused in change your site look every month than in fixing extensions...

I really believe you have a great potential to become one of the best Joomla extensions maker, but you need to focus on improving your programmers work.

Hope you get the message and get serious about all your extensions problems, ball it's on your side...

I subscribed last two days but already started to feel the pain, the extension doesn't work and day passed with no forum answer nor ticket response. This is bad for serious business people who paid for support.

i have posted in the forums two days ago here www.smartaddons.com/forum/229-sj-minicar...art-doesnt-work#6153 about minicart, todate no reply, i have also submitted a ticket with code TE-0000001583 also no any reply.

Just small advice, many people (Including myself) came here just because of support and NOTHING else, so this is the only area you can distinguish and attract more customers than having tons of Extensions. Most (IF NOT ALL) of your extensions are found in pirate website, but we come here for support, so when your support lack means you are putting your business on fire.

Just suggestions as your returning customer (i bought YT Cinema last year)
