First of all let me say confidently that the responsibility of this error or mis memberships should be on the website owners and any request for membership change should be done to members without any extra membership registration or payment because the problem is as follow
when i go to membership registration page

i can see the members account type and i actually selected the right membership JTC but when i click on join now button and go to the next page the default membership in the drop down list is JEC what ever membership i selected. this means your website doesn't maintain membership state in the second page and this is really not the member problem it is totally the websote owners fault.you can check here

when the meber request membership change you force him to buy another JTC membership and this is not fair, for myself i just cut it short and bought JTC along with JEC because partially i need it but also i'm forced to do that from the (only) options you offered me through the customer support tickets.
i think it will be fair to accept and change any miss membership because it is totaly your fault and this problem will keep coming everyday with most of the members.
I hope they accept your membership chang Dmitry111 without forcing you to buy JTC along with JEC because everyone knows very well he can do that on his choice and not compulsory while it wasn't his fault.

while the support is slow but they respond to me in less than 24 hrs in every message i sent to them and this really nice but needs to be better than waitingn for 24 hours.
