so check your account if it is JEC you have to contact them through ticket to change the account type:

i think the problem is that is JEC is the default account when registerng with them, and really dont know why is that. for sure most subscribers needs the free tempaltes with extension. or at least some of them and i belive who wants all thier template and extesion will go for developer account.

And in each confirm email when we send to you, there is always information of JEC or JTC membershipin in each.
