I have purchased the bakery template, a week ago.(JTC)
I was running through the Sj_bakery Userguide, and tried to fix the settings, and customization.

In downloaded files, I cannot find
Plugins: plg_system_sjcore
and YT Mega Popup

Module: Sj Content Slideshow Responsive

I know, that the extension download area is used for JEC subscribers who joined the club before 1 January 2014.
In december, you wrote me "You will be allowed to download all extensions for this template installation" - it is really disappointing, that after buying the template, smartaddons changes the terms and conditions.
It's a bit intresting, that pre-sales dep. is more faster in "ticket"ting, than the after sales team.

Apart from this, how can I upload other modules (e.g VM Shopping Cart Module) from Quickstart? I mean, it is too big, to upload the whole quickstart file.
Should I make a zip file, from thoose which I need?

Could you please use the correct account that you said for JTC and leave here the ticket number. We will check and answer in there. About information in our announcement - "You will be allowed to download all extensions for this template installation" - We would like to confirm that we attached all in-house extensions that are included in the download template area. So you can download in JTC Download area. You don't need to go JEC Download Are to find extension.
