your site are using joomla 3.7?
this component doesn't support for joomla 3.7 prntscr.com/fnlsr4
I tried to installing the fresh joomla 3.7 and install this component:
prntscr.com/fol6j5

but it doesn't work. so please use joomla 3,4 or 3.5. 3.6 for your site.
you can install our quickstart again and you should not update to joomla 3.7. and check this issue again.
