If in other site which use this plugin you still see this issue => this is issue of this plugin (or when you unpublish this plugin you still see this issue => It made by your joomla). I have installed an exact copy of my site locally and all works fine. Yet it doesn't work on the live version.
You have activated "elfinder" which displays the content of my media folder and all its images, but I still cannot see the insert button and I am still unable to insert any image when using the select media button in shortcode.
How do I now de-activate elfinder? How to I get the insert button back and how to get to have slect media working?

The issue is now resolved but it would be good to let everybody know how it was fixed and what to do in a tutorial (use of elfinder, folder change, conflict identification etc.)
