I am writing to request a refund. I signed up for with the personal template club in order to download the SJ Perty template to be added to my site. Unfortunately it takes forever to load the page, particularly after having added a google analytics code. The slow page load occurs at multiple locations and particularly on mobile devices. I have deleted the files. I am within the 7 days from purchasing as outlined in your refund policy. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Additionally I have to disable the YT shortcodes plugin otherwise, I get the site does not load but instead I get the message, "plugins/system/ytshortcodes/assets/css/awesome/font-awesome.min.css not exists"
I've been having problems since I attempted to install this template and would really just like to get a refund.

Thanks, however I am having difficulties tayloring this site to what I had hoped to use it for. This is not something that I was able to determine without actually signing up for and using it. I've deleted the template and extensions. I am requesting a refund. Thanks
