i really love your templates and extensions, but i needed really important support.
I got a skype contact -> don't answer since a week. (Is often marked as online)
I wrote a ticket yesterday (not really assigned to someone in one of your workings day)
and i tried to use the chat on website here... over 3 hours no answer but the module says chat online.
Last time your captcha doesn t work for a week ....
So please work on your support.... I get the devolper package for 199$ now many things are coming out for 0 .... that is ok .... but support would be very important for me so that i can make my customers happy... and use your templates on and on.
