With your help and after getting the settings to where they needed to be, I realized with a few changes this module could be even more flexible !

Since I have a fairly large amount of intro text and rather long titles the current layout takes up a lot of vertical space and cuts off my titles.(01-before)

if we were to move the item list below the intro text area that would conserve more space, while also allowing longer titles (02-after)

Could you please help me achieve this layout ?

then you could offer it as another theme for customers who have a similar needs to mine

I added a picture of the original two modules I'm replacing. Your awesome mod has saved me about 200 pixels in height
If we can make the further adjustments I can save another 70 pixels in height space !
