The "Set cookie" option does not seem to do anything? I have dismissed the cookie and it continues to appear on every page load. How can I set it to only appear automatically once in a certain time period? Does this cookie hold true if I assign the module to every page? I would like it to appear once, on the user's entry page, and not again until the cookie expires.

The documentation page here only says:
Set Cookie – Allow to set cookie of popup.

Does it even work? What does the value entered represent?
