Please try as follow:

Go to "your_site\plugins\system\yt\yt.php", finding:

$body1= preg_replace('@<form\s[^>]*name="adminForm"[^>]*>?.*?</form>@siu', $buffer, $body);

replace:

$body1 = preg_replace('@<form\s[^>]*name="adminForm"[^>]*>([\w|\W]*)</form>@msu', $buffer, $body);

Then disbale Merge file in admin site: Template manager -> Advanced to solve this problem.

I don't find that code line. I found
$body1= preg_replace('@]*name=&quot;adminForm&quot;[^&gt;]*&gt;?.*?@siu', $buffer, $body);

and i replaced that line by the one you sent but it didn't work.
