I have installed the latest version of the template yt-cinema as well as the YT Plugin and i get this error: structure or name of file: .xml is not exactly

Why is this happening, how do i fix it?

Is there any support for templates purchased? 4 days without reply... really? very poor support!

Dear jakhall,

We have tried to install the yt cinema template many times.

It is normal now.

We think that you needn't install the yt plugin

Dear jakhall,

Please try to select the window layout as main-left-right.xml again in the template settings.
