I I think I know why. I chose the wrong choice of membership plans. I chose JEC-Personal License and the right was JTC Personal. I believe this is the reason I could not download the User Guide and the quickstart package.

I know you're saying about quickstart package and userguide of templates. But i think you buy miss membership for Joomla Extension Club. Please read more here: www.smartaddons.com/member-signup?step=step1&jointab=jtc

With JEC (Joomla Extensions Club), you just only download extensions and read userguide of extensions in our site.

If you want using our templates (download quickstart package, template zip, extensions zip which is included in the template), you need to buy membership of Joola Templates Club (JTC).
