hello.

i'm using joomla 3.9.18/k2 2.10.3/sj preschool template 3.9.16

need to remove some annoying strings:
i.imgur.com/jA0eNuW.jpg

tried to edit
/components/com_k2/templates/default/category_item.php

but it didn't help, it seems the template is being overriding somewhere else.
support service also didn't tell the general solution and just asking ftp/admin to handle this.

i need the knowledge, not just the single move, in order to be able to solve this next time alone.

p.s. another question: how to change default fonts size in the template?
