I bought the SJ Ajax Contact in hope to resolve the issue with contact form in SJ Tech template. PayPal processed the transaction but I got no download link, no download nothing. Sure the money was taken out of the Papal account.
Experience with this organization is becoming a sour one very quick. Needless to say I need the extension I paid for.

you have over 5000 posts with "no download" in them, one would think you would upgrade your "system" by now, instead of frustrating your customers. Never got the e-mail so I opened the ticket. I hope I I will not have to wait as long as I have waited for some of the responses.
