I am building an affiliate website where I would like all of our affiliates to be listed by category. For some reason when you go to the page: giveshopper.com/index.php/charities/coastal-stars/partners (ignore the Electronics Part for now) the SJ Content Category Module doesn't do anything. Where do I put my links? I am very confused and a Joomla newbie.

You need to have sub categories. In this theme, we do not use a link for parent categories
