Please go to templates\sj_iconstruct\error.php

and find

require_once(JPATH_LIBRARIES.'/src/document/renderer/html/HeadRenderer.php');;

=> change to

include(JPATH_LIBRARIES.'/src/document/renderer/html/HeadRenderer.php');

if it doesn't work, please send us the admin and ftp account to check directly
