I have cache folder chmoded - 777.
First visit on site - everything work propertly.
Second visit , after 0,5h - a part or all images in this module are missing.

I'm refreshing page after cleaning cache. I have new subfolders for others modules again, but there is no new subfolder /cache/mod_sj_k2_slideshowii.
