As you can see from the screenshot ( nimb.ws/kxICVi) I would need to display text when I go above with the mouse on the banners shown in the screenshot.
Do you know, kindly, tell me how to do it?

then add the css at the end of this file /templates/sj_revo/css/template-blue.css
