Your template sj_revo have a problem
In megamenu 1 you have some submenus
These submenus are not shown at all in the mobile view!

You can notice it also at your demo page
demo.smartaddons.com/#sj-revo

How somene can reach those products is these submenus if they access the site from a mobile?

PS You have not updated the template to new version joomla 3.7.3 yet!!!

Our template don't support show the mega menu on mobile. Because the mobile screen is too small, it can't show the menu content here. Megamenu 1 includes VM categories and featured products, therefore, these items will not show in the mobile view.
In addition, due to other urgent tasks, we've not updated our products to Joomla 3.7.3 yet. We will do it soon. You can update your site to new Joomla version and we will support you if there is any problems.
