The site speed is absolutly bad. I have 13 sec to load the first page

I have disabled all cache of cource.

Can you tell me what I must change to avoide these 10 seconds?
When I installed the qickstart with sample files, the time for first byte was 2-3 sec. Something went wrong!

You can try to use this plugin: www.jch-optimize.net/
then enable merge js, css in this plugin
then clear cache joomla again
