It is a serious problem. I want this fixed.
Like i said previously, the problem is only for outlook/hotmail. It works fine in gmail and yahoo. Now i don't want to adjust settings for my Hotmail account for email filtering because a lot of customers will not be doing that and they have their default settings. Please resolve this issue because i have another WordPress site and I use the same outlook account I get the order receipt in to my inbox without any problems. I expect the same with this.
Why don't you try and test with your hotmail/outlook instead of gmail and see if you get the problem or not when receiving the order? And please leave your hotmail/outlook filtering settings to default.
