I'm facing a problem with the product slider in the responsive version of the theme
the lower part of it is cut off ( the add to cart ) button is not displayed
please check this picture to better understand the issue

2nd problem is this thing that allow users to change and modify the theme

Pro 1: I don't undertand you mean, please provide more detail.
Pro2: Please go to admin site: Appearance-> Theme option-> Adcanced and uncheck Show Cpanel option.

for number 1 I meant the product slider is cut off the end, half of the button is only showing
