Hi,
Your documentation is out of date.
The documentation have picture link not fonctionnal.
And you include so much need paying plugins, by the way It's not really free template.

Actually I take time to create template and follow the step of your documentation, but every pictures exemple links on "www.smartaddons.com/documentation/sj-vicmagz/" are forbidden.
Can you update your documentation ?
