Hi

I just bought js bakery template cause we really liked it.

So we downloaded the quick start installation pack and had problems setting it up,
we uploaded all the files install and the website was blank, no menus or anything created.

We didnt install any sample data, maybe that is the cause.

So we went to the website to look for a manual and we find out that the manual is blocked for non members?

Seriously what type of bullshit policy is this?

Never seen this in any of the 4 other companies where we happily bought templates before.

Really dissapointed, please fire the marketing responsible cause I have never seen anything similar.

One thing is that you offer an installation payed service which is fair enough, but another thing is that we dont have access to the god damm manual, incredible.

My ticket was answered by 2 guys so now is everything solved, the template works perfectly.

I still don't understand that policy but that is your decission
