Hi, I purchased a subscription to your JEC-Personal License on 2/5 as I was excited to use your SobiPro modules. Unfortunately, I had errors when publishing the modules and it broke the layout. I submitted thorough details and credentials when opening my ticket, TE-0000001819 on 2/7. And, the only reply I have received was immediately after submitting the ticket, saying you were on holiday until the 15th! No worries, I'm an easy-going person, so I patiently wait and notice that the credentials were used a couple of times, yet I still waited for any communication about the matter. I asked for an update on the 21st and still got nothing. So, I had to pay a freelancer $150 to fix the problem. I initially thought it was a javascript conflict but was assured the problem was only in the module itself, not the site. So, on 3/2 (yes, I know, the weekend) I submitted details on who to contact to fix the rest of your modules and requested a refund. But, surprise, no response to that either, even if you've only had a full business day to do it.
The truth is, I don't want a refund. I just want to be able to use the modules which I paid to use. If you will please contact the freelancer I used (and specified in the ticket), and have him fix the rest of your modules (shouldn't be too hard, it was the same error in each one) I won't initiate a chargeback or leave negative feedback for each module in the JED.
What's just as concerning, though, is the total lack of response within the ticket system. Why have it if you aren't going to use it. All it does is frustrate your customers. And, judging from the other posts here on the forum, it is an ongoing problem that I can't believe still isn't being addressed.
