You're our member from 15 Feb 2012 with JTC-Business and upgrade to JTC-Developer from 03 Dec 2012. We will continuous work with together til the end of 2013. A long time is left, so we hope every info is clear and won't make any confuse with others. If there were any missed answering in the past, I think the reason is the time zone and please note that we have a long holiday for Traditional Tet. We just only support and be sure about the best support in the working time (Not Saturday/Sunday or any holiday). All info about this we announced in the ticket for you. We really hope you're still happy with us as the past.
