I am sorry Howard but you are bit misinformed about the Support on this site. I can agree with you that their templates are nice, however the support here is HORRIBLE. I am a member of about 7 other sites also and trust me, this site has the WORST support ever.

They cannot refute my bold claims because they know it is true. Tickets sit here for months unanswered.

We meet with together again We're thinking about info that you brought to other customers.
I've checked and see all your questions on forum and ticket are resolved. And it seems you were satisfied with following topic: www.smartaddons.com/forum/234-sj-worldnews/8111-what-happened-to-pagination#8157.

One side, you're satisfied with our answering, one side, you still tell with others that our service is horrible. This word seems so heavy with us Could you please feel free to give us other word for our working?
You're our member from 15 Feb 2012 with JTC-Business and upgrade to JTC-Developer from 03 Dec 2012. We will continuous work with together til the end of 2013. A long time is left, so we hope every info is clear and won't make any confuse with others. If there were any missed answering in the past, I think the reason is the time zone and please note that we have a long holiday for Traditional Tet. We just only support and be sure about the best support in the working time (Not Saturday/Sunday or any holiday). All info about this we announced in the ticket for you. We really hope you're still happy with us as the past.

Dear Nghiem,

If you look at my tickets, you will realize that I solved all of them myself. Your team DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I went out there to Joomla forums; I even paid some developers and they helped me resolve some of my problems.

Being the kind and gentle person I am, I always return back to update the tickets so that if anybody is going through the same problem, they can solve it using my method. So please, I do not know where you got the feeling that I am satisfied with you guys. As a matter of fact, I am not satisfied and many people are not either.

The reason I came back to this site was because my client saw a template here and loved it. I always go with what my clients love. If you read my first comment to Howard, you will see that I gave your team its due praise. Your templates are nice.

After my last subscription, I vowed not to come back here again but it's my client that brought me back here. All you guys need to do is to get people that will knock out these tickets. Of course, you guys designed the template, so little questions like pagination should be your bread and butter.

The first we warmly welcome your kindness with other customer's problems on our forum. We want to create one channel for you and others can discuss and giving the solutions for our products. And you're one of our customers that help us in this. Thank you for your replies. In the ticket system, I'm sure that this is the private channel for each customer. So all problems in there are not published.

You said that "Your team DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING", this is not adequate with our working. And just only you can understand about that you received our help or nothing from us. We are a company and as others in the world, we always want to bring the best products and services to our customers. We work hard as other and we tried bring the best to all of you. We aren't sure everything is perfect, we're sure that we will try the best in work with our power. So we really hope to see the other co-operation from you in our work.

I think the language barriers / problems contribute greatly to customer dissatisfaction. I would recommend that your company find and hire an expert -- english speaking -- support technician.
