If you see any issues about products, you should submit the ticket to Technical Department. They'll help you resolve them. Some cases, you need to supply the FTP account for us to access your site. So the ticket will ensure the privacy.

Hi, Smartaddons. I'll try one last time to ask for help. Your template SJ WorldNews is very good as concept and design, I like it a lot and would like to stick with it.

Unfortunately, there is a small problem that confuses me and makes me look for other options for my website. The template has a problem with displaying the google maps.

I tried your other templates and there that problem doesn't exist. I am not able to fix the problem myself. It is a pity that I have to beg for help for something that I have already paid for.

Since a week I am trying to explain that the problem is in the template, or at least I got this problem with this particular template that I like and I am waiting for someone to assist me and see what it is about and how it can be fixed.

I have already sent few support tickets and there is no reaction from your side. I would like to continue to be your client but these conditions make it impossible.

I sincerely hope to clear up the misunderstandings and work together in the future.
