This invoice is for 2 additional removal.

I am not asking for a free removal. I did not ask for this template smart news and do not have it installed.



I want to be clear on what is happening without any conflicts after I remove the copyright.

I think that you misunderstand the condition of "Copyright Removal" here.

You bought one Copyright Removal (Domain Number: 2 Domains (+ $15.00)).

It means you have only permission to remove the Copyright on two different sites (2 domains) which use the same template, not that two different templates. Example: two sites use the smart news template.

Please refer to the condition of "Copyright Removal" on our site again.

I do not want the same templates. They are for two different subjects that a duplicate would not work.

This is why I prefer tickets asking specifically for the individual templates with direct link in the cart.


I have not problem paying but I do not want to waste money. All of your prices are exceptionally reasonable for the quality and time to develop but you must understand no one needs to waste money.

I will make another purchase for 1 domain.

I will not make any more purchase in the future without a clear understanding for a ticket with the item specifically identified.

I think that there is other way you can choose here.

You can buy the "Copyright Removal" package for 1 domain ($19.00) for each template.

Example:

+ one "Copyright Removal" package ($19.00) for smart news template

+ one "Copyright Removal" package ($19.00) for sj restaurant template or other template

In this case, you can only use the "Copyright Removal" package for one template on one site.

Yes, I now understand and the confusion happened with "no" mention on the provided link of "template" other than you need to be a member which isn't included.

I have made separate purchases and the error in purchase can be put on the shelf.

I really do appreciate you going through all this with me as it will be necessary in the future if I decide to renew membership after my 6 month expiration.

Again, you have excellent products provided at extrodinary prices compared to website templates outside of Joomla.

Please don't consider this a complaint, only a clear understanding needed for a user not familiar how Joomla and the extensions providers system works using club memberships.
