unfortunetly you have guys a very weak support process, I made a mistakes by buying the wrong package, I asked for a refuen but you refused and then I said that it is fine I bought the right one, but I have an issue with the package I want to install the SJ news 2.5 version I had submit the question in the forun and also I sent a ticket it is more than 1 week now I still don't have an answer that resolve my problem
