I've submitted a ticket (TT-0000003475) on 14.01.2014 (14:55:46), and received no answer within 24 hours.

I'd be glad, if you could help me with the "invisible shopping cart" problem - the 3 m membership is running....
Probably, we will need further support, while building our site. . . So it'd be great to speed up a bit.
