After much thought, much patience and hours reading through this forum...
Am am convinced I have wasted my Money! The templates do not work out of box.

PS...I am an expert.........

My SJ Information template is the slowest template I have ever seen in my life.
Every trick and tweak has been done, all though you should not have to...

Support can not be accomplished....just read the forums......

Richard, the slowness of SJ_Information is not due to smartaddons. I chose to try that one, but SOBI is a horribly slow component in general, and not just on smartaddons products.

I agree that support is somewhat slow, but I have always received their assistance within a few days. However, please try to understand that there are significant language barrier issues with these folks, but they do try their best.
