I'm facing an modal error, to solve the issue I have raised an ticket and a topic in forum. I do got one reply in forum, still the issue hasn't resolved. And my ticket has not been assigned to anybody. Is the there really a support team i wonder.

Even this issue has been already solve for another customer. I have come across a solver thread in forum but I was restricted to access that page.

Kindly help me to resolve the issue.
