How is it possible 6 days and no one even check my ticket?

Come on, all we have clients. I am client of yours. It is not about the 40$, it is about - i have problem with something you sell to me - i need help!
And now what ?? 6 more days refreshing your ticketing system like an alien ???
I am really disapointed. You have done such a great job with the templates and extentions and at the end your support is what makes your clients go away. .... Think about that.
