When I first joined smartaddons.com I was excited about the possibilities of getting good quality products for Joomla, and I used to see updates constantly wherever they were needed. However, since June of this year smartaddons has taken a dive into the abyss of yesterday's technologies. May's release was a 'free' template, which I didn't like at all, June's was a nice template, but was designed for SOBI, which isn't ready for Joomla 3.1, so SJ Information was constrained to Joomla 2.5. July's templates is yet a similar situation where it's not built for Joomla 3.1. All of this indicates to me that smartaddon's is not forward looking, and is stuck in the past with Joomla 2.5.

It seems as though the leadership is not so good here, and as a subscriber, I lost three month's of Premium Joomla templates because of the company's decision makers.

I am not renewing because the company slighted me out of 3 months of premium templates and isn't following the Joomla upgrade paths. Sorry, but I love Joomla templates that are extensible, but not so limited in function.

I wish the company the best of luck, but I doubt many new subscribers will stay given these conditions.

- About plans for Joomla 2.5 and Joomla 3.1 templates, we developed both of them. After releasing the first version for Joomla 2.5, our templates are always continued developing to Joomla 3.1. Please note that, this is not a special template about design, but this is really special with new features. If you spend more time for this, we're sure you will love this as many other developers.

- And SobiPro templates are not available for Joomla 3.1 because SobiPro Component has just released version for Joomla 3 at the end of June and our template was released at the beginning of June. We're referring some customers when using this template. And your feedback is one of them. We'll consider to upgrade to Joomla 3 if necessary.

The most important thing is that 'none' of your responsive templates work properly with 'tablets'. None of them use the 'pinch' to resize feature for articles. I tested them all on a brand new iPad.

You missed my point. That SJ Plus was not a benefit to me, as a subscriber, since anyone can have it.

Also, I have to edit code to make the "pinch" function work in mobile devices, which should be already done by smartaddons.

SJ Information "Template Only" for Joomla 3.1 should have been available to me but was not. The first rule of thumb for creating 'any' premium template is to make sure it works with core joomla first. Otherwise you cannot claim it is versatile.

Lastly, a 10% discount for an expensive 6 months only plan is not a good one. I just bought a 'lifetime' subscription to gavick.com for $126.00 (USD).

Joomlart.com for 1 year is $59.00, etc.

Support here is very limited because of language problems. So it's not worth the money for me. It's a great deal for people who speak vietnamise, but for english only people, support is very difficult.
