TOPIC: need help to trace a file

need help to trace a file 6 years, 2 months ago #39086

I have some items hyperlinked to some pages in bottom2 position.. one of the menu items is terms of service and the hyperlinked file show as below
<li><a href="index.php?option=com_virtuemart&amp;view=vendor&amp;layout=tos&amp;virtuemart_vendor_id=1" title="">Terms of Service</a></li>
I could not trace the above file to do some editing and insert some policy subjects.. please help thanks
