I am having an issue where I cannot see the contents in either Bottom1 or Footer on the home page. I have set the module (custom module) in Bottom1 to appear on all pages but it doesn't show on the home page at all. If you goto any other page, the module (both footer and bottom1) appears. I don't know what has happened and why it doesn't show...

So, it added class modal-open on your home page.
You can try disable it,
