It is not possible to actually complete the VM Ask a Question about product form using a mobile. It is not actually possible to get out of the message filed in order to hit the send button.

Not having potential customers being able to ask a question is a real issue so any help would be most appreciated.

It looks like it works but it does not. Did you try to SUBMIT a question? Please try to SUBMIT a question. You cannot actually access the submit button. When you are in the 'Please write your question' text box, you CANNOT get out of it. You cannot get to the submit button once you are in this text box.

Please try to see if you can actually submit a question.

Can you also tell me why this is not responsive? Why are there scroll bars? This looks very poor. This is meant to be fully responsive, why is the ask a question not?

I am now able to ask a question using a mobile. Thank you.

However, it is still quite difficult to use and still has awful scrool bars. Why is this not a responsive form like a normal contact form?

It's because the ask form is using table/th/td tags, so it can't be responsive
