i am using this template since 2 years. Now i want to upgrade from Joomla 3.4.8 to the newest version. How can I do this easily without losing any content of my website?

Please backup your site (code and database) to your PC before update.
then you can try to update in: prntscr.com/glflw0
if it has error, please upload the code or install the latest version of this template (sj_imag_template_j3.7.2_v3.0.1.zip) to your site. note when update tempalate the code that you edited in our template before that will loss, please edit or copy it again.
