how can i remove the cookies message at bottom of site

Hello,

I am interested in purchasing this template, but have one question.
I don't like this little cloud zoom thing. It is not mobile friendly at all, and shouldn't be used in 2015.
Example:
demo.smartaddons.com/templates/joomla3/sj-market/index.php/en/privacy-policy/rimu-pika-tuka-detail

Is is possible to have just a regular fancybox popup for the main image? if yes, I will purchase.

I'm having issues with the template, but support have not responded since about 24 hours ago...

I was promised a refund within 7 days, as the template was not living up to standards as promised.
It's now 11 days and silence...
