How or where can I change the email address where the information is send to when using SJ Booking on the homepage?

Right now the information is send to the admin email i want to change it and manually put in an email for the information to be send to.

I just want to change the email address that SJ Booking is using in the SJ University II template. I do not want to change the email address of the joomla system!!! NOT THIS>>>prnt.sc/dycpg0... Just the SJ BOOKING ONLY!!!

Maybe this can be done in the SJ Booking code where i can manually put it in the code...
