Dear sir,
You need add code in css file: templates/sj_university2/css/your_css.css
#meganavigator li.level1 > .item-link {
font-size: 12px;
}
#meganavigator .mega-content ul.subnavi li .item-link {
font-size: 12px;
}
12px: change other values
