i can add a new category , but cant add a new banner becase there is no " new " button there .
this is on new refresh instalation of sj news ii quikstart version 2.0 .
i tested it on joomla instalation and the button was there .
this mean the problem is on the quikstart code of sj news ii.

and the button not display on the html code when brows it by firebug on firefox browser .
