After installing your SJ_HEXAGON template I run the Google Mobile Friendly Test (www.google.com/webmasters/tools/mobile-friendly/) with the following result:

NOT MOBILE FRIENDLY!!

As you sure know, this will have a negative impact in the Google positioning of the website so, Is there any chance of solve this issue?

I put a ticket two days ago but nobody answer.

Really want to use your template, but if you can't solve this issue I will have to ask a refund.
