I get this file sj_lifemag_template_j39_v3.9.0.zip from the download section. I install it but the version of template and framework are not changed.

My template version is 2.1.0 --> 11/5/2017
FramwWork version 3.0.1 -- > 15/5/2014

Is the package correct or i do something wrong ?
