How do I change the images in the grids, I have changed the image in the artcle but this does not work

This module works with K2 items, Please find and change image there. (Component-> K2 com-> items)

I have the same problem about it, then I deleted and purged the cache in backend administrator (system>clear/purge cache). It worked for me.
