I added another language like I always do it and doesn't work at all. I have tried it in the quick start and also it doesn't appear. I have follow again and again the documentation and I have already done a lot of joomlas site multi-language but in this case, I don't get what is wrong or missing!
Or if I have an conflict. The language that I want to install is portuguese-brazillian.
