I have a completely new site -- the public_html file is clean, no files inside.

I extracted the SJ Zaga Quickstart package, uploaded all files into the folder, no configuration page shows up.

I noticed there is no configuration.php in the quickstart package. Using any other index.html file works fine for my website. I have a mySQL database set up and ready to go but cannot get to the configuration page for this to happen.
